RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your order and we can assist with arranging a return or store credit. 

All Maggie Mae Clay Co. go through a thorough quality control process before being listed for sale, but due to their handmade nature, some small imperfections/inconsistencies may occur. We believe this is part of the beauty in purchasing handmade, and ensure that any small bubbles or scratches that may be present do not affect the quality, durability, or appearance of the final piece.

I accept exchanges if the item is still in brand new condition on a case by case basis. 

Custom orders are non-exchangable and excluded from returns as these were intentionally created for you. 

CONDITIONS OF EXCHANGE

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. I will email you a return slip to the email provided associated with the order. Once receiving the item, an exchange can be provided with credit or an item of equal value.

Processing Time

Please allow for a maximum of 7 business days for your order to be created and completed (this includes carefully creating and packaging your earrings) before your earrings have been shipped. 

Shipping 

All orders are shipped through USPS First Class services. Shipping costs range from $4-5. Typical delivery time ranges from 7 to 10 days. All orders are given a tracking number so you may follow along with your order. 

I am not responsible for packages once I have delivered them to the post office. If you would like to purchase insurance, contact me before purchasing.
